Our mix makes delightful breads and muffins, and it is a great alternative to lactose intolerance and food allergies. Given the authentic natural flavors of our ingredients, no frosting is necessary.
Served for breakfast, as dessert, or as energy snacks, can be combined with your favorite yogurt, ice cream, fruit salads, and hot drinks.
Easy preparation requires fresh bananas, oil, vanilla, and vinegar.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, Cane Sugar, Soy-free Chocolate Chips, Sea Salt, Baking Soda, Organic, Oat Flour, Baking Powder, Sunflower Oil, Cinnamon. Allergens: Wheat, Chocolate.

Ingredients Needed:
- 1 package of Vegan ConfectionariesTM Banana Chocolate Chip Bread/Muffin Mix.
- 1 ¼ cup (300 g) of finely mashed ripe bananas (speckled).
- ½ cup corn or sunflower oil.
- ½ tablespoon vanilla extract.
- ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar with “the mother”.
Pan greasing: 1 tablespoon vegetable shortening, Crisco works best, and 1 teaspoon flour. Do not mix.
Preparation Instructions:
- Preheat oven at 325o Have all ingredients at room temperature. Generously grease an 8” x 4” loaf pan and dust with flour.
- In a large bowl, whisk well banana, oil, vanilla, and (shaking bottle first) vinegar. Gently pour the powder mix in the wet mixture folding with a spatula for 1~2 minutes. Batter is thick. Do not overmix.
- Pour into pan and bake for 60 minutes. Insert a toothpick and if dry your bread is done. If not,mcontinue to bake.
- Remove pan and let cool for 15 minutes. Flip onto cooling rack.
Best results: Cool completely for 2-3 hours before slicing.
Store in airtight container.
